Jennifer Moore Registered Social Worker (RSW)

About Jennifer Moore

Seeking help for relationship struggles is not easy, and I deeply admire your courage in stepping into couples therapy. Whether you’re facing communication challenges, emotional distance, or just want to strengthen your connection, therapy can be a transformative tool. Relationships can be tough—stress, misunderstandings, and unresolved issues can take a toll—but they don’t have to stay that way.

I specialize in working with couples at all stages of their relationship—whether you’re dating, living together, married, separated, or even divorced. My approach is warm, compassionate, and free of judgment, creating a safe space for you and your partner to express your feelings and reconnect. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we’ll focus on improving communication, increasing emotional safety, and helping you express your needs in ways that foster vulnerability and closeness.

As an experienced EFT therapist, I’ve seen firsthand how relationships can and do improve when couples commit to the process. It takes courage, but change is possible, and together, we can help you rebuild trust, create deeper emotional bonds, and navigate difficult challenges.

More About Me:
One of my favorite quotes is by Eleanor Roosevelt: “Why curse the dark when you can light a candle.” This philosophy guides my work and my personal life. I believe in the power of hope and action, even in difficult times. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with family, reading, and finding quiet moments to recharge.

If you’re ready to create lasting change in your relationship, I’d love to support you on that journey. Together, we can uncover new ways to communicate, heal old wounds, and build a healthier, more fulfilling connection.
