About Jeanne

If you’re finding yourself stuck in negative patterns and feel desperate to make changes, it can be incredibly lonely, overwhelming and disconnecting. Rest assured; you are not alone in this. Many couples experience similar challenges, and it’s okay to seek help.

You deserve to feel connected and understood. I understand that you’re looking for genuine connection and an empathetic listener who can truly grasp your struggles, no matter how big or small they may seem. My approach is rooted in deep respect for your unique experiences and backgrounds.

I utilize a combination of client-centered and Emotional focused therapy to connect with you while honoring your diverse backgrounds and intersectionalities. I offer you and your partner a compassionate and insightful perspective tailored to your relationship needs. My goal is to help you confront and process your emotions in a way that strengthens your bond and brings you closer together.

In our sessions I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you can express yourself freely, develop your voices, and establish healthy boundaries. Whether dealing with anxiety, parenting stress, unique pressures of interracial relationships or attachment injuries, my goal is to help you minimize discomfort, disconnection and frustration, so you can build a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.
