Is your relationship feeling disconnected, stuck in a cycle of conflict, or weighed down by unresolved issues? Whether it’s communication breakdowns, trust struggles, or emotional distance, these challenges can leave you feeling frustrated and disconnected from each other. You might be struggling to understand each other’s needs, or find it difficult to navigate changing dynamics in your relationship.
Whether you’re dealing with traditional relationship issues, the complexities of non-monogamy, or the emotional toll of life transitions, the emotional distance can take a toll on both partners. Rebuilding trust, improving communication, and rediscovering intimacy are possible—and it starts with taking the first step toward understanding each other in a deeper way, together.
Experience: Erin is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a Master’s candidate in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She works with individuals and couples to help them navigate life’s challenges, using a holistic approach that combines her diverse professional experience, emotional awareness, and evidence-based practices to support clients in their growth and healing.
As a lifelong learner, Erin’s path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by her commitment to self-reflection, personal growth, and a deep curiosity about what drives people. She believes in approaching each person’s journey with an open mind, knowing that everyone’s story is unique. Along with her studies in Counselling Psychology, Erin holds a specialization in Human Resources Management, a certification in nutrition, and has pursued training in mental health, addictions, and psychology. Her background as a copywriter also gives her a special ability to connect emotionally and communicate in ways that foster understanding, clarity, and hope.
Erin is dedicated to providing a supportive, open space where you can explore your challenges without judgment. Her goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered as you work toward positive change in your life.
