You may be noticing growing feelings of discontentment, resentment and distance in your relationship. Conversations can quickly turn into conflict or withdrawal, and over time, this can leave you feeling lonely in the presence of another, doubtful, and heartbroken. There may be a sense of longing for what the relationship once was, or confusion about how things have shifted. This place can feel painful and daunting to untangle on your own.
My approach is rooted in attachment science and in the belief that well-being emerges through our relationships with ourselves, with others, and with the communities that shape us. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support relational growth and deepen intimacy, helping you move to greater emotional security. Together, we slow things down and explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, making space to understand your needs, patterns of communication, and the ways you’ve learned to connect and protect yourself.
Therapy becomes a space where we actively practice connection through trust, consistency, and openness, while also clarifying your individual and shared values. Through this process, I hope to walk alongside you in discovering new possibilities and offering alternative insights to achieve stronger connections.
