Sometimes, couples feel stuck or at the lowest state in the most valuable relationship in life. The intimate partner relationship can be your source of stability, joy, and yet deepest struggle and pain. How to fix the things that go wrong is not always obvious or straightforward. You may spiral and think that hardship won’t end and you can’t see a way forward. Sometimes, you may feel lonely with your significant others and loved ones. Coming to couple therapy can be one of the most effective paths to get both of you working as a team, understanding the roots of your conflicts and learning the skills to work through those issues in your communication and relationship. I utilize a holistic, individualistic, Emotionally focused approach throughout the therapeutic process to help you reconnect, build a long-lasting loving relationship and feel your life’s highest happiness. I value the importance of the therapeutic relationship, which is made in a safe, non judgemental, compassionate and comfortable environment to help you move forward and reach your potential in this vital relationship.
